Property Clean-Up
Property clean ups that include Rentals, Repos, storage buildings, barns, garages, stand alone rental storage lockers, hoarding situations that need partial or all of home decluttered, post party clean up, weather or natural downed tree removal, gutters, field mowing, home clean-up post loved one passing, removal of old mowers, appliances, implement equipment, metals. We do not leave our Dump trailer for extended periods for Debris collection but have recommendations for good options.
Light Excavation Work
Dump Trailer for the hauling of rock, mulch, sand, rip rap and fill dirt. Light excavation work, including Trenching (French Drains and Downspouts) with our Compact Tractor. Above ground pool removal, debris disposal, construction site clean up, gravel drive way grading and repair, Snow Removal. We have 2 tractors, Dump trailer, log splitter and adding equipment as we see it's needed.

-Rock Driveway Grading
-Gravel Driveway washouts and Drainage issues
-Property Cleanouts for repos, rentals, storage building, barns, garages with or without haul off.

-Burial Digs for any size pet.
-Siding Repairs (small patch jobs from storms) Large jobs we can refer.
-Gutter clean outs & Repairs (1 story homes)
-Rock beds. (We have a lot of great options for that low maintenance rock bed)
-Flower bed Cleanup, trim and shape bushes.
-Weed spraying for rock driveways & Rock Beds.
-Simple Storage Shelters for storage of firewood, farm animals, mowers, etc. Dirt floor or gravel option. Cheap option for storage.
-Storm debris cleanup. (Trees, downed fencing, etc.)
-Tree cut down & removal (referrals if job is too big for us)
-Appliance & mower haul off
-Brush cleanup/large area mowing
-Excrement removal including yard & litterboxes.
-Excavation & Trenching, Including but not limited to French Drains & Down Spouts.
--Walk ways from home to garage, pool, parking
- Outside of Camper cleaning. (This is not detailing, this is cleaning.)
-Snow Removal with or without Rock Salt Application (rock salt application is costly)
-Vehicle Impounds (New 2025) Vehicle abandoned on your Property? Call us, we can handle that for you and invoice the owner of vehicle.

Important FYI - Please Read
As of July 1st, 2023 Henchman Services LLC will no longer take the following as debris pickup or during property cleanup. No exceptions. If these items are in the area of cleanup, they will be left onsite.

We also don't pick up "free firewood" or "free scrap" metals. We charge for any all tree debris or metal that needs to be removed from your property for our labor and hauling fees.
Reminder: We are a family owned business and we have a limited crew. If your project is on a specific timeline, you must express this to us during your quote so that it can be scheduled appropriately. It's possible we are working on several projects during the same week. We work early hours and late hours and all days of the week, if that is a concern, please also make that known. Expedited Jobs could cause an increase in hourly labor costs and will be charged as such on Invoice.ā
Payments are expected at the time that the job is completed and an invoice is received by email or by the crew. Please pay promptly as we also have businesses to pay for your job's supplies. We also sometimes use "as needed" crew that would like their payment as well.

**IMPORTANT UPDATE**
January 1st, 2026, we will be putting into practice monthly billing. If we start your project and it's not completed by last day of that month, you will receive a bill for labor and supplies currently used for your project. As a small business we can't control weather, labor supplies or other delays and need to keep our records as current as possible.
If you have any questions or concerns please contact our office at 270-748-1977. Please do not inquire with crews as they do not facilitate the billing processes. We also will be implementing automatic late fees for any payment received after the 10th of the month for previous month. This will be done automatically by our accounting program and we will not be crediting for mailing delays. Payment must be in office or picked up by crew by 8pm of the 10th each month. We appreciate your cooperation.

We gladly accept CASH (discounted rate), Cash App, Pay Pal, Venmo, ACH from Stripe (Invoice link) & Afterpay.
We NO LONGER ACCEPT Credit Card payments.
